1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You can request a replacement or return within 3 days of receiving your parcel under the following circumstances:

• Damaged Copy: The book arrived torn, heavily creased, or damaged during courier transit.
• Defective Printing: Missing pages, upside-down pages, blank pages, or illegible misprints.
• Incorrect Order: You received a different book/edition than the one you ordered.

2. Non-Returnable Scenarios

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds in the following situations:

• Return requested after more than 3 days from the delivery date.
• Damage caused by customer misuse, marking/writing on pages, or accidental spills.
• Change of mind after accepting the parcel from the delivery agent (unless approved prior to dispatch).
• E-books or digital downloads (if applicable).

To start a return or exchange, follow these simple steps:

1. Take clear photos or a short video showing the issue (e.g., misprinted page, wrong book, damaged cover).

3. Our support team will verify the claim and arrange a replacement or return pickup through our partner courier.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Our Mistake / Damaged Book: If the error is ours (damaged copy, misprint, or wrong title sent), we will bear 100% of the courier replacement cost.
• Customer Preference: In special approved cases where a return/exchange is granted due to customer error or change of mind, the customer must bear the return courier charges.

6. Refund Policy & Timeline

If an item cannot be replaced due to being out of stock, or if a refund is agreed upon:

• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days after we receive the returned item back at our store.
• Payment Methods: Refunds will be sent via your original payment channel (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank Transfer).
• Note: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are sent to your provided personal bKash/Nagad number.
